Form1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the form1 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Consent
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the form1 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the form1 platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The form1 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from registering or using any of our services. form1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals.

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the form1 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different details — are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with a balance freeze where applicable.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current whenever changes occur. form1 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you directly or by a third party as a result of your negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the form1 support team immediately. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. Avoid logging in from untrusted devices or public networks.
- Using the platform only for lawful and permitted purposes
- Not misusing the platform's systems, interfaces, or features
- Not distributing or uploading harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems
- Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws
- Reporting any security vulnerabilities discovered promptly
3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the form1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, and no conversion fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals in RM.
Supported deposit methods include FPX (direct transfer via major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change based on operational requirements.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. form1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the method selected.
All bonuses, offers, and promotions credited to an account are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Misuse of bonus policies may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and, in serious cases, account closure.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Suspension
Form1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While form1 strives to maintain 24-hour service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times.
Form1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity
- Serious breach of terms of use
- Multiple account ownership
- False or misleading registration information
- Activities that compromise the security of the platform or other users
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the form1 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of form1 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from form1.
The form1 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. form1 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Form1 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
